Did you know that coaching is the secret ingredient that empowers you to play your best game and live in your greatness? If you do training without coaching, it doesn’t stick. I experienced this several years ago when I entered into the world of golf. All my friends were on the course every weekend enjoying the sport. I wanted to be able to play with friends and business associates, but I was not sure where to purchase my clubs, which golf balls were best for me, etc. etc. Suddenly, I went into overwhelm with too many choices. I also found myself embarrassed that I had a new goal and could not make the decision. So, I started out using a friends clubs; she helped me find golf lessons at a course we were playing on every weekend. The course had training given to us by their Pro who worked with us on knowing our clubs, how to make a long and short drives, putting, sand traps, etc. and being able to golf a round of 18 holes. He was able to turn our knowledge into some new skills.

As we continued to golf over the next year we decided to explore new courses which brought up new challenges for me. Now, once again it was time for me to stretch and grow which meant more golf lessons…this time from the Pro of the club (the Certified Coach) as I had a new goal, I wanted to play the round at the top of my game and win; no matter what course we were playing. He had the knowledge, skills and attitude to coach me to reach my goal as he was playing and winning this game for himself.

Just like golf, when you move into anything new you soon are in overwhelm with all the information and decisions to be made. This is a good thing, as now is the time to take your knowledge and turn into new skills and attitude with a coach who knows your game. Now is time for you to hire a Certified Coach to help you gain the new awareness, clarify, focus, create a plan on how to win your goals, so you could have a winning attitude and enjoy the challenge of the game.
