Nancy E James, Chief Executive Coach of The BayPalm Groupe. She coaches executives, business people, and professionals to win big. Nancy works with clients to bring them the highest level of knowledge, skills, and attitude using their strengths to grow their business and professional development. She uses her “Coach Approach to Winning” method anchored by the 7D’s of Executive and Business Development which allows her clients to dominate their game in the shortest time possible.

CoachVille Certified Coach since 2007 – ICF Professional Certified Coach since 2007 which positions Nancy in the top 8% of International Coach Federation coaches both nationally and internationally. She has been mentoring men and woman in business and professional development for twenty years. As the past Teleclass Leader Program Coach of CoachVille for the last several years Nancy leads worldwide students to become masterful teleclass leaders using adult learner driven classes. In 2007 Nancy was presented the prestigious CoachVille “T” award.

Coming from the project management and software industries Nancy sold large accounts/was wildly successful in her game of sales and marketing. Nancy is a successful leader who motivates other with good communication, presentation skills, with the ability to gain the trust of the client. Working with Businesses, Professional Development, Training, Teams, Games, Assessments, Executive Coaching, Mentor Coaching, and Group Coaching Nancy’s desire is inspire her clients to reach their greatness by designing their business and life by winning big.

A new decade and a new venture for Nancy as she decided to embark on designing and creating games worth playing on LifeVille * Social Games with purpose! Her games are for business people, executives, and teams to lead more satisfying professional and personal lives through a spirit of play.

Nancy lives in Bacliff, Texas, twelve blocks from the water and eight miles from a golf course. This brings her great joy as she can ride her golf cart “EC” to the water for fun and sun.
